Extension for the submission of beneficial owners' information

The Registrar of Companies Department has decided to grant an additional extension for the submission of beneficial owners information for all Companies until 31 January 2025. Furthermore, an extension has been granted for the completion of the verification process of the information of the year 2024 until 31 March 2025.

Παράταση υποβολής στοιχείων πραγματικών δικαιούχων

Το Τμήμα Εφόρου Εταιρειών αποφάσισε όπως δωθεί πρόσθετη παράταση του προβλεπόμενου χρόνου υποβολής στοιχείων πραγματικών δικαιούχων για όλες τις Εταιρείες μέχρι και την 31 Ιανουαρίου 2025. Επίσης, δίνεται παράταση του προβλεπόμενου χρόνου διεκπεραίωσης της διαδικασίας επιβεβαίωσης των στοιχείων για το έτος 2024 μέχρι και την 31 Μαρτίου 2025.
